Pitman Training Kerry Announces Sponsorship of Kerry FC MU14 Team

Kerry FC’s Under 14 team has received a major boost for the season ahead, with local business Pitman Training Kerry coming on board as official sponsor.

The new partnership reflects a shared commitment to youth development, community engagement, and creating pathways for future success – both in sport and in life.

Kristian O’Donovan, CEO of Pitman Training Kerry, said:
“At Pitman Training, we believe in investing in people at the start of their journey – whether that’s on the football pitch or in their professional careers. Supporting the Kerry FC Under 14s is a natural extension of our values. These young players represent the future of the game in Kerry, and we’re proud to stand behind them.”

With training centres in Kerry, Cork, Waterford, Wexford, Laois, Carlow, Wicklow, and Clare, Pitman Training has become a trusted name across Ireland for high-quality, flexible career training. Their range of courses supports learners at every stage – from those starting out in employment, to career changers, to individuals looking to upskill or earn a promotion.

Ciarán Meagher, Kerry FC Commercial Manager, welcomed the new partnership:
“We are absolutely delighted to announce this partnership with Pitman Training. This partnership aligns our mutual goal of developing our young people. Pitman Training’s ethos of delivering exceptional learning experiences is in alignment with Kerry FC’s own mission of developing our young athletes. Together, this new partnership strengthens both parties to make a further positive impact in the community. We are very proud to add Pitman Training to the front of our under-14s jersey and welcome them into the Kerry FC family. Furthermore, this ensures that all our Academy teams have a front-of-jersey sponsor, demonstrating the community’s alignment behind our goal of providing pathways to professional football in Kerry. “

The sponsorship will help cover essential costs throughout the season, ensuring that the focus remains on player development, enjoyment of the game, and building strong foundations for future success within the Kerry FC Academy structure.
As both organisations work to empower the next generation – whether in sport, study, or the workplace – this partnership is a positive step for young people in the Kingdom.
