The Kingdom are back on the road on Friday night as we head up the N21 to Limerick to take on Treaty United in the Markets Field.
Following on from the away win against Wexford, Kerry couldn’t back up their away heroics in Mounthawk Park last Friday night as the side suffered another 0-1 defeat at home, this time to the students of UCD AFC. As the opening round of 9 games comes to a close next week, the Kingdom will be looking to end the first quarter of the 2025 campaign on a high note down by the Shannon.
Games between the Treaty men and Kerry have been close affairs by nature over the last two seasons and very little separates the sides at this early juncture of the season. The Kingdom will be looking to add another away win to their tally, while Treaty will be looking to get back in some groove of form in front of home support tomorrow night.
Treaty have 1 win at home and 2 defeats and will look to the Limerick faithful to guide them over the line having just picked up 1 point in their last 3 encounters.
It has the makings of another absorbing contest in Limerick.

Centre Back Abel Alabi serves his final game in a 3 game ban following his red card against Longford Town 3 weeks ago. Ryan Kelliher and Nathan Gleeson remain sidelined with injury while the management team are currently waiting on injury news on Tim-Oliver Hiemer, Niall Brookwell, Joe Adams and Sean McGrath ahead of the trip to Limerick tomorrow night.
What they said?
Conor McCarthy – “You’d expect a good bounce back from them, they had a difficult result on Saturday so they are going to come with buckets of energy. It’s going to be two teams really going at it so it’s going to be a good game, it always has been, so it’s one we are looking forward to and are ready for.”
