The Munster FA have confirmed the fixture details for the Munster Senior Cup Final.
We take on SSE Airtricity Premier Division side Waterford FC in the Munster showpiece. The game will take place in Turners Cross in Cork on Monday, June 24th with kick-off scheduled for 19:30.
The Kingdom booked their place in the final in our debut year in the competition. Daniel Okwute’s second-half strike booked our place in the quarter-final, beating MSL side Avondale United in the last 16. Another 1-0 win over Cobh Ramblers in Mounthawk Park saw us into the final 4, Victor Udeze scoring on his debut. Treaty United were the visitors to Mounthawk for the semi-final and emphatic 4-1 win with goals from Ronan Teahan, Daniel Okwute and a brace for Sean McGrath booked Kerry’s place in the showpiece.
