0 = 0:00 to 0:59
1 = 1:00 to 1:59
2 = 2:00 to 2:59 and so on
In the event of additional time at the end of the first half, Minute 45 will include these minutes
In the event of additional time at the end of 90 minutes, Minute 90 will include these minutes
In the event of Extra Time/Penalties, Minute 90 will include this
