Kerry FC WU17 continued their impressive league form this weekend with a 3-0 victory over Bray Wanderers.
The team’s collective performance was outstanding, securing their third consecutive clean sheet in Phase 2. This solidifies Kerry FC’s position as having the best defensive record in the group, having conceded just six goals so far.
In addition to their strong defensive showing, the girls have displayed attacking prowess, scoring 20 goals.
A special mention must go to Laura Falvey, who added to her remarkable season tally with her 25th and 26th goals during Saturday’s match. Her superb free kick into the top corner and a well-executed corner with Maeve Courtney leading to the third goal were standout moments of the game.
Looking ahead, Kerry FC faces a challenging weekend with two matches: DLR Waves away on Saturday, followed by a home fixture against Peamount on Sunday. These games will be crucial as the team pushes to secure their place in the League Quarter Finals.
