As the midpoint of the 2026 campaign ticks nearer, the Kingdom play their final game in Mounthawk Park ahead of the summer break with the visit of Bray Wanderers tomorrow evening to Tralee.
Kerry come into the game in a good run of form, particularly at home where they are unbeaten in 4 games, a run stretching back to early April at the Tralee venue. 2 back-to-back wins against Cork City and Wexford, who sat 1st and 3rd respectively, when landing into the Kingdom bods well for Colin Healy’s men.
The atmosphere has been electric at recent games in Mounthawk Park, and Healy has once again called for the supporters to back his side from the terraces this coming Friday night in what will be a crucial game for the Kingdom, who are eying up the 7-point gap between them and the play-off places as the season reaches its midpoint.
Bray, meanwhile, have regained form in some style over the last two weeks, with Heffernan’s side earning back-to-back wins over UCD and Bray, scoring 9 goals in the process. So there is no doubt they come to Kerry in a good vein of form, with a Leinster Senior Cup final to look forward to as well, the Seagulls will be anxious to keep the run going against a Kerry side finding their feet at home.

‘What they said’
Colin Healy – “It’s always a tricky encounter against Bray Wanderers. They are flying at the moment, a good manager and have a lot of young players with a lot of energy, so we know it will be a difficult game. But, our players are in a good place at the moment, they should be looking forward to getting out in front of the strong home support again after last week’s result and put in a good performance again.”
