Cobh Ramblers come into the game after an impressive win against Finn Harps in Ballybofey last time out and will look to build on that result against Kerry tomorrow.

Injury update

In his pre-match press conference, Conor McCarthy gave a positive update on the injury front ahead of this one. No fresh injury concerns came out of the Athlone game with the full travelling squad available for selection again this week. Jack Kavanagh is closer to a return from injury but will need to be assessed while Valerii Dolia is making good progress in his rehab from a foot injury and is getting ever closer to making his debut in the coming weeks.

‘What they said’

Conor McCarthy – “Cobh are a very good side, they’ve started the season well to be fair to them. That was a great win for them last week in Ballybofey against Finn Harps which is a tough place to go and to take home 3 points is huge. It’s going to be a difficult game, it will be close. I’d imagine it will be one or two moments that could sway the game either way and hopefully, we will be on the right side of it this week”
